This is his trademark mantra – summarizing Patrick Madden’s life’s work of painting and shaping surfboards.

Texture and bold, vivid strokes of bright color infuse his fine art, which depicts coastal & tropical surf breaks, fish, birds, plants and the colorful houses of Florida & the Caribbean. He has shaped over 6,000 surfboards under the MADDEN label, which are now also collected as wall art.

Patrick now lives & surfs in Indialantic, FL since relocating from St. Augustine in early 2006. He lives with his wife Micah from Laguna Beach, California.
